| Thurs, 2 Jun, 09.00-12.00 | Torsby Ski tunnel recives private XC Skiis for waxing for a fee between 80-200 SEK. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun,12.00 | Canoe/kajak drop opens. We strongly recomend that teams drop / rig there kayaks / canoes at 12.00. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 12.30-15.30 | Pasta buffet at Hotel/Hostel Valbergsängen (not included in entry fee). |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 13.00 | Registration opens. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 13.00-15.00 | Tems shall palce there XC skiis, poles and shose at the Ski Tunnel. Teams who have rent skiis shall pick them up at the tunnel. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 16.00 | Race information meeting. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 17.00 | Bag/box handed ower to organisation at VALBERGSÄNGEN. |
| Thurs, 2 Jun, 17.30 | Teams shall have placed there XC clotes, MTB:s and inline bag at the Ski Stadium and report to officals at the ski stadium wearing mandatory equipmen for running carying inlines and helmet in theire hands.. |
| Thu, 2 Jun, 18.00 | Start of the race. |
| Fry, 3 Jun, 17.00-19.00 | The winner cross the finish line. |
| Sat, 4 Jun, 1600 | The finish close! |
